Beyond Simple Scarf
Whip up a fabulous, beyond-simple scarf for everyone you know!
Cowled Weather
So I have trouble resisting a good (ok, bad) pun. It’s seriously cold, and I find myself looking for soft, warm, natural fibers to wrap around myself! An oddball gift skein combined with my -40⁰F weather yielded this beautiful and simple neck warmer. Enjoy!
Curvitude

Gently twisting cables and a slouchy beret-style give this hat structure, flair, and curvitude.
Flat-Knit Cabled Hat
Knitting pattern
Intimidated by knitting in the round? This great cabled hat is designed to be knit flat, then seamed up.
Jellybean's Special Socks
My son started calling his first hand-knit pair of socks his “Special Socks.” Recently, he asked for more Special Socks. Who am I to resist his charm? Now you can knit Special Socks for your own Jellybean.

Umbrous: A Shawl
Umbrous: Shady, leafy, sheltered, umbrageous.
Precisely what you want when you’re seeking refuge under a large, verdant tree.
This shawl is worked flat from the center top of the shawl down to its point. This pattern assumes you have a basic familiarity with top-down shawl construction and chart-reading knowledge.
You may modify the finished size of this shawl by increasing or decreasing the number of leaf repeats you complete, always making sure to complete the end of the leaf repeat section before moving on to the edging. Make changes to your yardage accordingly.
