New Milestones & A Surprise
Camilla, who just turned six months old on the 16th, sat up by herself on the 17th. As if that weren’t awesome enough, she started crawling on the 22nd! She’s now super mobile, and an unstoppable little force.
JR is also becoming best friends with Camilla. They spend much of their time trying to make each other laugh. It’s just about the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen.
They both seem to like our new place quite a bit. The living room, where we admittedly spend most of our time, is about twice the size as it was at our last place. The kitchen is about a third of the size, but it’s fine. The windows (of which there are many) are huge, and in need of curtains. As things get unpacked, it grows more comfortable, and ever so much more like home.
We have less than two weeks until my baby boy turns three years old! How did that happen? I can still picture him as a wee tiny infant, my little nursling baby burrito. I’m so so glad that my mama got to meet him and spend some time with him. We’re trying to figure out what kind of birthday celebration to have for JR. Any ideas?

I’ve been such a bad blogger. Forgive me.
JR is almost three years old! One more month to go. I get kind of weepy when I think about it, so I haven’t given it much thought.
Camilla is almost 6 months old! She has two teeth, with two more pending. She is perilously close to crawling — she gets up on all fours, rocks back and forth, and lunges forward. She just might crawl before her six month mark.
I have about a dozen projects in the works, and can’t help but keep adding to my plate every chance I get. It’s awesome, and so am I.
And we’re moving! No further news on that front, but when I know, well, yeah.
So, tra la la! There’s my mini update. Remember, I am Jack’s smirking revenge.
